How to help raise funds for The New Zealand Breast Cancer Foundation
The Starboard Paddle For Hope gives you a wonderful opportunity to get behind one of New Zealand’s most worthy causes. You can help us raise funds in these ways.
Sponsor a team
Get on board to help your friends or favourite celebrities raise money. Just like a school spellathon, each paddler is encouraged to get individual sponsors who each donate $1 per 50m paddled (a total of $12).

Text Bidding Instructions
Send TXT bids to 3161
To place a bid via TXT you need to send the lot number, your full name and your bid amount to the number 3161. Don’t worry about using $ symbols and please bid in whole dollar amounts – decimal points won’t work. (Please see the auction items for the lot numbers).
Message format example:
P4 Joe Bloggs 400
A confirmation txt will be sent to the bidder once the bid is received.
To find out the current bid amount for an item – simply txt the lot number to 3161.
NB: Txt bids and confirmation txt’s are free on all networks.
Mobile Application Download Instructions
To download the Mobile Silent Auction Application TXT the keyword app to 3161. You will receive a link to download the app via TXT message. Open the application, select “Browse Items” and enter the code paddle.
